Order Using Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted from official government organizations within the United States. Reference part numbers and pricing from the SoniClear Order Form and fax the PO to Trio Systems.
Order Using a Check
To order by check, download the SoniClear Order Form and return it with payment to Trio Systems by mail. Make checks payable to Trio Systems LLC. If a pro forma invoice is required before a check can be issued, contact Trio Systems to request an invoice be emailed or faxed to you. Checks are subject to verification of funds.
Shipping Options
Products are sent via UPS. Price includes UPS Ground shipping in the continental USA, with delivery in 2-7 business days. Alternative methods of shipping are available on request for an additional shipping and handling fee. Order processing is usually the same day the order is received.
Sales Tax
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. California Sales Tax is collected for shipments within California. Trio Systems does not collect sales tax for other states or foreign governments.
Technical Support
Purchase price includes Basic Annual Support for technical support, and software updates for one year from the date of purchase. Basic Annual Support is available after the first year for an additional charge. Introductory Training is available for an additional charge.
Software Licensing
Meeting Recorder 7 is shipped as a boxed product, and is priced on a per-license basis. For installations with multiple users having simultaneous access to the program, multiple licenses will be required.
Meeting Recorder 7 is shipped with the Floating License System. This allows the program to be installed on multiple computers, with a single user at a time running the software. Authorization to use the program is controlled by a USB Key device. The license can also be locked to a specific machine, so that the USB Key device does not need to be used. Microphone Included
The boxed product versions of Meeting Recorder 7 software includes a Labtec 333 computer microphone. It is suitable for recording an individual and groups in small, quiet conference rooms.

SoniClear Meeting Recorder 7 software supports an optional hardware USB Foot Pedal for hands-free control of playback during transcription. This is available as a separate product item that can be ordered from Trio Systems and SoniClear Dealers when the software is purchased, or at a later time.
