Order Using Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted from official government organizations within the United States. Reference part numbers and pricing from the SoniClear Order Form and fax the PO to SoniClear.
Order Using a Check
To order by check, download the SoniClear Order Form and return it with payment to SoniClear by mail. Make checks payable to SoniClear. If a pro forma invoice is required before a check can be issued, contact SoniClear to request an invoice be emailed or faxed to you. Checks are subject to verification of funds.
SoniClear products are not available for purchase directly from SoniClear online.
Products are sent via UPS. Price includes UPS Ground shipping in the continental USA, with delivery in 1-5 business days. Alternative methods of shipping are available on request for an additional shipping and handling fee. Order processing is usually the same day the order is received.
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. California Sales Tax is collected for shipments within California. SoniClear does not collect sales tax for other states or foreign governments.
Purchase price includes technical support for installation. Purchase price also includes Basic Annual Support for software technical support, and software updates for one year from the date of purchase. Annual System Support is available after the first year for an additional charge. Introductory Training and ongoing technical training and support are included with the Portable Recorder package, free of charge.
The laptop computer included with the Portable Recorder system includes a three-year depot repair warrantee provided by the manufacturer.
SoniClear software is pre-installed on the laptop computer.
