Software Recovery Procedures

SoniClear products are protected by copy protection technology. To recover software after a system crash or other types of system-related problems, you will need to follow the procedure that is appropriate for the product you purchased.

Software Protected by USB Key

If you are using a version of the software that is authorized using a USB Key device, you will need to reinstall using the original CD. In the event of a lost USB key, or if the license was lost on the damaged computer the license will have to be replaced (a service fee may apply). Contact SoniClear Support for assistance.
