5/18/2004 - MeetingPro 4 has been divided into three product variations, MeetingPro Gov (which directly replaces "MeetingPro 4" for all updates), MeetingPro Enterprise (same functionality as MeetingPro Gov at this time), and MeetingPro Assistant, a subset of MeetingPro Gov/Enterprise.

With release of MeetingPro Gov/Enterprise/Assistant 4.0.72, support is provided for a Virtual Foot Pedal, and the USB Foot Pedal and Virtual Foot pedal have the ability to enter notes during recording.

MeetingPro products are now also available with an optional USB Key software authorization system. This simplifies installation and allows for multiple computers to install the software. One computer at a time can use the software when the USB Key is installed.

3/1/2004 - SoniClear MeetingPro 4 Build 4.0.60 adds recording archive and webcasting, and USB Foot Pedal support. Also, includes various minor bug fixes, and a complete revision of sound card procesing for universal sound card support. This includes greater compatibility with non-standard device drivers, and support for automatic USB audio device detection.
