Annual Software Support Information


SoniClear recording software technical support is included for the first year with each software purchase. Support includes all software updates for one year, along with telephone and email assistance regarding installation and use of specific features for one year. See the Support Policy Page for details.

Annual software support renewal can be purchased directly from SoniClear. Software support can also be purchased from authorized SoniClear Dealers and major software resellers.  

Webinar-based software training is available for an additional fee.

Order Using a Credit Card

MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted.

Call 626.584.9706 to place phone orders using a credit card for payment. MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted. 

To order by fax, use the Order Form, and fax it to SoniClear.

Do not send credit card information by insecure methods, such as email.



Using Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted from official government organizations within the United States. Reference part numbers and pricing from a renewal price quote and fax the PO to SoniClear.



Order Using a Check

To order by check, include the renewal price quote and return it with payment to SoniClear by mail. Make checks payable to SoniClear, payable on a US bank in US funds. If a pro forma invoice is required before a check can be issued, contact SoniClear to request an invoice be emailed or faxed to you. Checks are subject to verification of funds. Direct payment by wire transfer or ACH also available on request.



Shipping Options

Annual Software Support renewal includes a CD of the current software version, sent via USPS, with delivery in 1-7 business days. Alternative methods of shipping are available on request for an additional shipping and handling fee. Order processing is usually the same day the order is received. Electronic delivery of the current software version can also be provided instead of physical delivery, on request.



Sales Tax

California Sales Tax is collected for all shipments within California. For shipments outside of California, including all other states and countries, no taxes or duties are collected and are the responsibility of the purchaser.



Technical Support

Annual Software Support includes one year of technical support by phone and email, and all software updates by download from the website. Introductory Training is available for an additional charge.



Software Licensing

The SoniClear software package includes the Floating License System. This allows the updates for the SoniClear to be installed on multiple computers, with a single user at a time running the software. Authorization to use the program is controlled by a USB Key device. The license can also be locked to a specific machine, so that the USB Key device does not need to be used. For more information, consult the Floating License System Page.

SoniClear support renewal is available for purchase from all major national software resellers. 

We may also accept orders through local government software dealers, subject to prior approval.
